目的：观察瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗老年2型糖尿病的有效性和安全性。方法138例老年糖尿病患者使用瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗(观察组)，136例老年糖尿病患者单用二甲双胍治疗(对照组)，比较治疗前后两组患者空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、肝肾功能、血乳酸等指标的变化。结果观察组的降血糖、降血脂效果较对照组更加明显；治疗前后两组患者的肝肾功能和血乳酸水平均无显著变化，无乳酸酸中毒发生。结论老年糖尿病患者合理应用瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗较为安全，并可达到更佳的降血糖效果。
목적：관찰서격렬내연합이갑쌍고치료노년2형당뇨병적유효성화안전성。방법138례노년당뇨병환자사용서격렬내연합이갑쌍고치료(관찰조)，136례노년당뇨병환자단용이갑쌍고치료(대조조)，비교치료전후량조환자공복혈당、찬후혈당、당화혈홍단백、간신공능、혈유산등지표적변화。결과관찰조적강혈당、강혈지효과교대조조경가명현；치료전후량조환자적간신공능화혈유산수평균무현저변화，무유산산중독발생。결론노년당뇨병환자합리응용서격렬내연합이갑쌍고치료교위안전，병가체도경가적강혈당효과。
ObjectiveTo investigate the efifcacy and safety of repaglinide combined with metformin in the treatment of old patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 138 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus as the observation group who were treated with repaglinide combined with metformin. 134 cases as the control group who were treated with metformin. The changes of plasma glucose, postprandial changes in plasma glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, function of liver and kidney, blood lactate, and other indicators before and after treatment of the 2 groups were compared.Results The levels of plasma glucose and lipid of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. The function of liver and kidney, and levels of blood lactate before and after treatment did not change signiifcantly in both of the two groups. There was no lactic acidosis.ConclusionThe repaglinide combined with metformin was safe and effective in the treatment of old patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and would get a better reduce effect of plasma glucose.
