目的：分析产前焦虑的发生原因，为妊娠期心理护理干预提供依据。方法采用焦虑自评量表，通过问卷调查的方式对80例患有焦虑的初产妇进行分组，随机抽取40例(观察组)进行特别心理辅导，另40例(对照组)进行常规护理，比较两组孕妇的分娩方式及产时出血量。结果观察组孕妇剖宫产率、产程延长时间、产后2h出血量均低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论有效的特别心理辅导能够减少孕妇焦虑情绪、改善分娩质量、缩短产程、减少产时出血量。
목적：분석산전초필적발생원인，위임신기심리호리간예제공의거。방법채용초필자평량표，통과문권조사적방식대80례환유초필적초산부진행분조，수궤추취40례(관찰조)진행특별심리보도，령40례(대조조)진행상규호리，비교량조잉부적분면방식급산시출혈량。결과관찰조잉부부궁산솔、산정연장시간、산후2h출혈량균저우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론유효적특별심리보도능구감소잉부초필정서、개선분면질량、축단산정、감소산시출혈량。
Objective To analyze the causes for prenatal anxiety and provide references for psychological nursing during pregnancy.Methods80 pregnant women with anxiety were conifrmed by questionnaire of self-rating anxiety scale, and then randomly divided into the control and the observation group with 40 cases in each group. The control received the normal nursing, and the observation group received the psychological nursing. The delivery way and hemorrhage of delivery of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe incidence rate of caesarean section, prolonged labor, and hemorrhage of delivery in the observation group were signiifcantly(P<0.05) lower than those in the control.ConclusionThe psychological nursing could signiifcantly reduce the prenatal anxiety, improve the quality of delivery, decrease the duration of labor, and reduce the hemorrhage of delivery.
