目的：探讨五邑地区先天性心脏病患儿的发病因素。方法选取五邑地区的100例先天性心脏病患儿为研究组，随机选取同期非先天性心脏病患儿100例为对照组，均进行相关指标调查。结果孕期未服用叶酸、家族遗传病史、接触有害有毒物质、孕早期接受药物治疗为导致先天性心脏病的主要危险因素(P＜0.05)。结论五邑地区先天性心脏病患儿的发病率与孕期未服用叶酸、家族遗传病史、接触有害有毒物质和孕早期接受药物治疗密切相关，临床上要积极根据发病因素进行预防与早期干预。
목적：탐토오읍지구선천성심장병환인적발병인소。방법선취오읍지구적100례선천성심장병환인위연구조，수궤선취동기비선천성심장병환인100례위대조조，균진행상관지표조사。결과잉기미복용협산、가족유전병사、접촉유해유독물질、잉조기접수약물치료위도치선천성심장병적주요위험인소(P＜0.05)。결론오읍지구선천성심장병환인적발병솔여잉기미복용협산、가족유전병사、접촉유해유독물질화잉조기접수약물치료밀절상관，림상상요적겁근거발병인소진행예방여조기간예。
Objective To investigate the causes of children congenital heart disease in Wuyi area.Methods 100 children patients with congenital heart disease in Wuyi area and 100 children patients with non-congenital heart disease were randomly chosen. The induced factors were investigated.ResultsThe risk factors of congenital heart disease were: not taking folic acid, family history, contact with harmful toxic substances, medications during early pregnancy(P<0.05).Conclusion In Wuyi area, the occurrence of children congenital heart diseases was closely related to the above mentioned factors, prevention and early intervention should be taken according to the causes.
