目的探讨舒适护理理念应用于手术室护理中临床效果。方法将126例手术患者分为观察组和对照组各63例。对照组采用手术室常规护理模式；观察组在常规护理基础上加舒适护理，比较两组患者对手术室护理工作的满意度及术后恢复情况。结果观察组患者及家属对手术室护理工作满意度评分为91.0分，康复优良率为98.4%，远高于对照组的73.7分和85.7%，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论将舒适护理理念融入手术室常规护理模式内，可以有效提高患者恢复速度和质量，减少患者及家属负面情绪，保证治疗过程顺利，减少医患矛盾。
목적탐토서괄호리이념응용우수술실호리중림상효과。방법장126례수술환자분위관찰조화대조조각63례。대조조채용수술실상규호리모식；관찰조재상규호리기출상가서괄호리，비교량조환자대수술실호리공작적만의도급술후회복정황。결과관찰조환자급가속대수술실호리공작만의도평분위91.0분，강복우량솔위98.4%，원고우대조조적73.7분화85.7%，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론장서괄호리이념융입수술실상규호리모식내，가이유효제고환자회복속도화질량，감소환자급가속부면정서，보증치료과정순리，감소의환모순。
Objective To study the effect of comfortable nursing concepts used in the operating room.Methods 126 cases of patients accepted surgery were divided into observation group and control group (63 cases in each group). The control group accepted the operating room nursing mode, while the observation group accepted comfortable nursing besides that. We compared the satisfaction and postoperative recovery in each group.Results The score of satisfaction was 91.0 and the recovery rate was 98.4% in observation group those were higher than in control group (73.7% and 85.7%) with statistical signiifcance (P<0.05).Conclusions Comfortable nursing concept can be incorporated into the operating room nursing mode. It can improve the recovery and life quality of the patients effectively, reduce the negative emotions in patients and their families, ensure the treatment process smoothly, and reduce the doctor-patient contradiction.
