目的：探讨分析对非酒精性脂肪肝患者进行血脂、血糖及肝功能检测的意义。方法：选取2011年3月至2013年11月间我院收治的非酒精性脂肪肝患者60例作为研究对象，并将其设为研究组，另选取同期在我院接受体检的患者60例作为对照组，为两组患者进行血糖、血脂及肝功能检测，观察对比两组患者各项指标的检测结果，并将对比的结果及两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性的分析。结果：研究组患者HDL-C的水平明显低于对照组患者，TG、FBG、TC、LDL-C、GGT、ALT及AST的水平均明显高于对照组患者，差异显著（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：非酒精性脂肪肝患者的血糖、血脂及肝功能指标的水平均较高，为临床诊断及治疗非酒精性脂肪肝提供了参考，具有十分重要的临床意义。
목적：탐토분석대비주정성지방간환자진행혈지、혈당급간공능검측적의의。방법：선취2011년3월지2013년11월간아원수치적비주정성지방간환자60례작위연구대상，병장기설위연구조，령선취동기재아원접수체검적환자60례작위대조조，위량조환자진행혈당、혈지급간공능검측，관찰대비량조환자각항지표적검측결과，병장대비적결과급량조환자적림상자료진행회고성적분석。결과：연구조환자HDL-C적수평명현저우대조조환자，TG、FBG、TC、LDL-C、GGT、ALT급AST적수평균명현고우대조조환자，차이현저（P＜0.05），구유통계학의의。결론：비주정성지방간환자적혈당、혈지급간공능지표적수평균교고，위림상진단급치료비주정성지방간제공료삼고，구유십분중요적림상의의。
Objective: To investigate glucose, lipids and liver function test results in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver, so as to provide a clinical basis.
