目的:评价超声血管增强技术(VET)对颈动脉的检测价值,并同时评价VET对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血管早期病变的诊断价值。方法对63例T2DM患者应用VET,显示正常及病变血管,并与正常对照组及传统的超声技术对比。结果 T2DM组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、低密度脂蛋白、IMT明显高于正常对照组( P <01.05)。应用VET不仅提高了超声对颈动脉血管管壁、内膜的显示,还可清晰显示斑块的轮廓、大小及范围情况。与传统的超声技术相比,可明显提高斑块的显示率( P <0.05)。结论 VET可提高血管的显示能力及显示灵敏度,能更清晰地显示血管腔及管壁结构,具有较高的临床应用价值。

목적:평개초성혈관증강기술(VET)대경동맥적검측개치,병동시평개VET대2형당뇨병(T2DM)환자혈관조기병변적진단개치。방법대63례T2DM환자응용VET,현시정상급병변혈관,병여정상대조조급전통적초성기술대비。결과 T2DM조당화혈홍단백、공복혈당、저밀도지단백、IMT명현고우정상대조조( P <01.05)。응용VET불부제고료초성대경동맥혈관관벽、내막적현시,환가청석현시반괴적륜곽、대소급범위정황。여전통적초성기술상비,가명현제고반괴적현시솔( P <0.05)。결론 VET가제고혈관적현시능력급현시령민도,능경청석지현시혈관강급관벽결구,구유교고적림상응용개치。
Objective To evaluate the detection significance of vascular enhancement technique ( VET ) in carotid pathological changes ,and to explore the diagnostic value of VET for vascular early pathological changes of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus ( T2DM) in order to provide clinical reference .Methods Sixtyz-three patients with T2DMwere examined by VET to show normal and pathological change blood vessel , moreover, the examination results were compared with those examined by traditional ultrasound technique .Results The levels of HbA1C, FPG, LDL-C, IMT in T2DM group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0 .05 ) .The application of VET not only improved the display of ultrasound for carotid artery vessel wall and intima ,but also more clearly showed the outline ,size and scope of the plaque .As compared with traditional ultrasound technique ,VET could obviously increase display rate of plaque ( P<0 .05).Conclusion VET can improve the vascular display capability and display sensitivity , can show more clearly the structure of vascular lumen and vascular wall ,which has higher clinical application value .
