in foundation design, we need depth modification of characteristic value of subsoil bearing capacity considering foundation Condition. There is detail explanation in code for design of building foundation, but designers have different comprehension. Designers are refused to how to carry out depth modification. There is basic reason of depth modification in this paper. And depth of foundations are given in diagram form in this paper.
