目的：探讨细节护理在儿科静脉穿刺中的应用效果。方法：将683例儿科住院患儿，按照治疗先后随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施细节护理，并对两组患儿输液结束后情况（静脉穿刺成功率、护理差错率及患者满意度等）进行比较分析。结果：试验组实施细节护理后，提高了护士静脉穿刺成功率和患者满意度，护理差错率明显降低，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论：细节护理在儿科静脉穿刺中应用价值较高，可以提升患者满意度和护理质量，值得在临床中进一步推广与使用。

목적：탐토세절호리재인과정맥천자중적응용효과。방법：장683례인과주원환인，안조치료선후수궤분위대조조화시험조。대조조급여상규호리，실험조실시세절호리，병대량조환인수액결속후정황（정맥천자성공솔、호리차착솔급환자만의도등）진행비교분석。결과：시험조실시세절호리후，제고료호사정맥천자성공솔화환자만의도，호리차착솔명현강저，여대조조비교，차이유통계학의의（ P﹤0.05）。결론：세절호리재인과정맥천자중응용개치교고，가이제승환자만의도화호리질량，치득재림상중진일보추엄여사용。
Objective Explore the details of the care in the pediatric venipuncture application results. Method The 683 cases of pedi-atric hospitalized children,according to the treatment,they were randomly divided into control group and the experimental group. The con-trol group received routine care,The experimental group received the implementation details of care,and the two groups of children after the end of infusion condition( venipuncture success rate,error rate,and patient satisfaction with care,etc. )were compared. Results After the experimental group received Implementation details of care,it improved the success rate of venipuncture nurse and patient satisfaction,nurs-ing error rate decreased significantly compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Details of the care in the pediatric venipuncture in a higher value,can improve patient satisfaction and quality of care,worthy of further promotion and in clinical use.
