目的:对平原汉族人群、高原返回平原汉族人群和移居高原汉族人群分别在陕西咸阳和西藏拉萨采血进行血细胞学检测。分析了解三组人群RBC相关指标的差异。方法:抽取受检者静脉血,采用自动血细胞分析仪进行RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC等6项血液学指标检查。结果:男性组移居高原汉族组与平原汉族对照组比较,移居高原汉族组RBC、HGB、HCT、MCHC显著高于平原汉族组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.001);两组MCV、MCH差异夫统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。移居高原汉族组与移居汉族返平原组比较,移居高原汉族组RBC HGB HCT均高于移居汉族返回平原组,差异有统计学意义( P﹤0.05);两组MCV、MCH、MCHC差异无统计学意义( P﹥0.05);平原汉族对照组与移居汉族返平原组比较,RBC、HGB、MCV、MCHC差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),HCT、MCH移居汉族返平原组均高于平原汉族组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);女性移居高原汉族组与平原汉族对照组比较,移居高原汉族组RBC HGB HCT MCHC高于平原汉族组,差异有统计学意义( P﹤0.05);MCV、MCH两组无显著差异。移居高原汉族组与移居汉族返平原组比较,移居高原汉族组 RBC HGB HCT显著升高,差异无统计学意义( P﹤0.001);MCV、MCH、MCHC。平原汉族对照组与移居汉族返平原组比较,两组比较RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH;移居返回平原汉族MCHC升高,差异有统计学意义( P﹤0.05)。结论:高原与平原环境的改变可导致健康汉族人群机体RBC系统的相应改变。

Objective To analyze the differences of RBC related index in plain Han population,Han population in plateau and plateau returned to plains Han population. Method Use SYSMEX KX -21 hematology analyzer to detect the three group people' s RBC,HGB, HCT,MCV,MCH and MCHC. Results In male people,to compare plain Han population,the Han population in plateau had a remarkable rising in RBC,HGB,HCT,MCHC( P﹤0. 001);to compare plateau returned to plains Han population,the Han population in plateau had a rising in RBC,HGB,HCT(P﹤0. 05);the plateau returned to plains Han population's HCT,MCH was higher than plain Han population ( P﹤0. 05). In female people,to compare plain Han population,the Han population in plateau had a rising in RBC,HGB,HCT,MCHC ( P﹤0. 05);to compare plateau returned to plains Han population,the Han population in plateau had a remarkable rising in RBC,HGB, HCT( P﹤ 0. 001 );the plateau returned to plains Han population' s MCHC was higher than plain Han population( P﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion The moves between plateau and plain can makes healthy Han people's RBC system adaptive change.
