目的：探讨伴有精神症状的急性有机磷农药中毒（ AOPP）患者脑脊液（ CSF）中多巴胺含量的变化及临床意义。方法：选取伴有精神症状的AOPP住院患者10例，同时选取周围神经病患者16例作为对照组，腰穿留取CSF，采用ELISA法检测各CSF标本中DA的含量，比较DA在两组表达情况，同时观察中毒患者CSF中DA水平与其全血胆碱酯酶活力的相关性。结果：AOPP患者CSF中DA水平显著高于对照组（ P﹤0.05）；AOPP患者CSF中DA水平与其全血胆碱酯酶活力的呈负相关（ r=-0.649，P﹤0.05）。结论：AOPP精神异常可能与中枢神经系统DA水平增高密切相关。
목적：탐토반유정신증상적급성유궤린농약중독（ AOPP）환자뇌척액（ CSF）중다파알함량적변화급림상의의。방법：선취반유정신증상적AOPP주원환자10례，동시선취주위신경병환자16례작위대조조，요천류취CSF，채용ELISA법검측각CSF표본중DA적함량，비교DA재량조표체정황，동시관찰중독환자CSF중DA수평여기전혈담감지매활력적상관성。결과：AOPP환자CSF중DA수평현저고우대조조（ P﹤0.05）；AOPP환자CSF중DA수평여기전혈담감지매활력적정부상관（ r=-0.649，P﹤0.05）。결론：AOPP정신이상가능여중추신경계통DA수평증고밀절상관。
Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of dopamine( DA)in cerebrospinal fluid( CSF)of acute or-ganophosphorus pesticide poisoning( AOPP)patients with mental anomaly. Method The CSF concentrations of DA were detected by en-zyme linked imnmnosorbent assays(ELISA)in the patients of AOPP with psychotic symptoms(10 cases)and the patients with peripheral neuritis as the control group( 16 cases ),The correlation between the level of DA and cholinesterase activity of AOPP patients was ob-served. Results The level of DA in CSF of AOPP group was significantly higher than in the control group(P﹤0. 05). The expression level of DA in CSF of AOPP group was negatively correlated with the activity of blood cholinesterase(r= -0. 649,P﹤0. 05). Conclusion Clin-ical manifestations of mental anomaly in AOPP patients may be associated with the up-regulation of DA in the central nervous system.
