目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声应用在慢性肾功能不全患者中的诊断价值以及对临床的指导意义。方法：筛选收治的慢性肾功能不全患者56例，作为研究对象，另取健康对照组30例。采用彩色多普勒超声检查慢性肾功能不全患者的肾脏各级动脉血管的血流动力学指标，并计算PI、RI情况，并与健康对照组的检查数据进行对比分析；患者饮水蓄尿后进行检查，观察输尿管膀胱开口处的尿流速度、形态以及排尿频率。结果：通过检查数据分析可知，慢性肾功能不全患者较对照组的肾脏各级动脉血管流速减慢，PI、RI明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）；肾脏功能不全患者较对照组排尿频率、尿流速度明显降低，差异具有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论：应用彩色多普勒超声技术，检查慢性肾功能不全患者，可根据患者肾功能、肾血管变化为临床治疗提供指导。
목적：탐토채색다보륵초성응용재만성신공능불전환자중적진단개치이급대림상적지도의의。방법：사선수치적만성신공능불전환자56례，작위연구대상，령취건강대조조30례。채용채색다보륵초성검사만성신공능불전환자적신장각급동맥혈관적혈류동역학지표，병계산PI、RI정황，병여건강대조조적검사수거진행대비분석；환자음수축뇨후진행검사，관찰수뇨관방광개구처적뇨류속도、형태이급배뇨빈솔。결과：통과검사수거분석가지，만성신공능불전환자교대조조적신장각급동맥혈관류속감만，PI、RI명현고우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（ P﹤0.05）；신장공능불전환자교대조조배뇨빈솔、뇨류속도명현강저，차이구유통계학의의（ P﹤0.05）。결론：응용채색다보륵초성기술，검사만성신공능불전환자，가근거환자신공능、신혈관변화위림상치료제공지도。
Objective To explore the value and clinical guidance significance of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of chro-nic renal insufficiency. Method 56 patients with chronic renal insufficiency were selected as the study objects,and selected another 30 healthy people as the control group. Color Doppler ultrasonography was applied in detecting haemodynamics indicators of all artery blood vessels for patients,counted and compared the PI,RI of two groups;then uroflow speed,morphology and micturition frequency in urinary bladder opening were observed after patients drinking plenty of water. Results After analysis,the blood flow speed of all artery blood ves-sels,uroflow speed and micturition frequency of patients with chronic renal insufficiency were slower than control group,and PI,RI were sig-nificantly higher than control group,differences were statistically significant( P﹤0. 05 ). Conclusion Applying color Doppler ultrasonogra-phy in the examination of patients chronic renal insufficiency can provide guidance for clinical treatment,which is based on renal fucntion and blood vessel.
