目的：探讨对手足口病采取临床全面护理干预的临床效果。方法：2009年2月-2014年4月收治手足口病患儿100例，根据患儿的临床特征采取相对应的护理，对其临床护理效果给予进一步的分析和研究。结果：所有患儿都获得显著的临床效果，无一例患儿出现后遗症，所有患儿全部治愈出院。结论：手足口病采取相对应的治疗措施以及全面护理干预措施，可以减少相关并发症发生率，降低发生后遗症的几率，提高临床治愈率，使患儿健康生活质量得到保障。

목적：탐토대수족구병채취림상전면호리간예적림상효과。방법：2009년2월-2014년4월수치수족구병환인100례，근거환인적림상특정채취상대응적호리，대기림상호리효과급여진일보적분석화연구。결과：소유환인도획득현저적림상효과，무일례환인출현후유증，소유환인전부치유출원。결론：수족구병채취상대응적치료조시이급전면호리간예조시，가이감소상관병발증발생솔，강저발생후유증적궤솔，제고림상치유솔，사환인건강생활질량득도보장。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of hand foot and mouth disease by clinical comprehensive nursing intervention. Methods:100 children with hand foot mouth disease were selected from February 2009 to April 2014.According to the clinical characteristics of children,they were given the corresponding nursing.We analyzed the effect of clinical nursing care.Results:All children had significant clinical effect.No sequelae occurred.All children were cured.Conclusion:The application of the corresponding treatment measures and comprehensive nursing intervention measures for children with hand foot mouth disease can reduce the incidence of complications and the incidence of complications,and improve the clinical cure rate and the quality of life in children.
