目的：探讨经会阴部超声检查对妊娠中晚期宫颈功能不全的诊断价值。方法：2010年10月-2013年10月收治行产前超声检查孕妇中有早产及习惯性流产史、不明原因阴道流血、多产病史等的重点病例56例，自妊娠12周末至妊娠30周经会阴超声观察宫颈情况，并与经腹部及经阴道超声检查对照分析，随访妊娠结果。结果：经会阴超声检查宫颈满意显示率96.4%，能客观反映宫颈情况，对宫颈区域提供直观可靠的信息，明显优于经腹超声检查。结论：经会阴超声检查用于妊娠中期宫颈功能不全的评价中安全、经济、有效，易为患者接受，值得临床广泛推广应用。

목적：탐토경회음부초성검사대임신중만기궁경공능불전적진단개치。방법：2010년10월-2013년10월수치행산전초성검사잉부중유조산급습관성유산사、불명원인음도류혈、다산병사등적중점병례56례，자임신12주말지임신30주경회음초성관찰궁경정황，병여경복부급경음도초성검사대조분석，수방임신결과。결과：경회음초성검사궁경만의현시솔96.4%，능객관반영궁경정황，대궁경구역제공직관가고적신식，명현우우경복초성검사。결론：경회음초성검사용우임신중기궁경공능불전적평개중안전、경제、유효，역위환자접수，치득림상엄범추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the perineal ultrasonography in diagnosis of pregnancy induced in advanced cervical incompetence.Methods:56 pregnant women who had prenatal ultrasound examination showed preterm birth,habitual abortion history,unexplained vaginal bleeding and prolific history were selected from October 2010 to October 2013.We observed the cervical situation through transperineal sonography from 12 to 30 weeks of pregnancy.Then we compared and analyzed the two methods of abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound,and follow up the outcome of pregnancy.Results:Perineal ultrasound examination showed cervical satisfaction rate was 96.4%,which can reflect the cervical situation objectively,and provided reliable information on cervical region.It was significantly better than transabdominal ultrasonography.Conclusion:The transperineal ultrasonography for the evaluation of cervical incompetence in mid pregnancy is safe,economic,effective,and the patient is easy to accept,so it is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
