通过对乙肝病毒血清免疫标志物组合筛选的观察，找到最佳组合，使乙肝患者得到早期诊断，并了解乙肝感染的程度，是急性的还是慢性的，是病毒携带的还是传染的，是感染期还是恢复期，治疗的效果如何及预后等。对乙肝的E抗原和E抗体及前S1蛋白抗原和前S1蛋白抗体的检测及临床意义对比，认为将原来的乙肝“五项”检测中的E抗原和抗体用前S1蛋白抗原和抗体取代，因为两者的临床意义相似，但后者检出率明显高于前者，防止了漏诊、误诊，而且早期诊断，使患者能够得到很好的治疗。

Through the observation for detection of serum HBV immune markers combination,we find the best combination to early diagnose hepatitis B patients,and to understand the degree of hepatitis B infection,acute or chronic,viral or infection, infection period or recovery period,the treat effect,prognosis and so on.We compare the detection and clinical significance of E antigen and E antibody,pre S1 protein antigen and pre S1 protein antibody.We think that pre S1 protein antigen and pre S1 protein antibody can replace the E antigen and antibody in the original hepatitis B "five" detection,because the clinical significance of both are similar,however,the latter is markedly higher than that of the former.It can effectively prevent the missed diagnosis,misdiagnosis,and can make the early diagnosis,and allow patients to obtain the very good treatment.
