目的：观察手法按摩治疗周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法：取自制牵正祛风液20 mL加热至50℃涂擦患侧颜面，医者手取自制按摩膏适量均匀涂擦患侧印堂、攒竹、鱼腰等穴位，在用轻柔按摩手法同时嘱患者主动训练加抗阻手法。结果：临床总有效率100%。结论：本方法采用手法与药法相结合，主动训练与被动训练相结合，使面瘫恢复起效快，病程缩短，体现中医外治的特色方法。

목적：관찰수법안마치료주위성면탄적림상효과。방법：취자제견정거풍액20 mL가열지50℃도찰환측안면，의자수취자제안마고괄량균균도찰환측인당、찬죽、어요등혈위，재용경유안마수법동시촉환자주동훈련가항조수법。결과：림상총유효솔100%。결론：본방법채용수법여약법상결합，주동훈련여피동훈련상결합，사면탄회복기효쾌，병정축단，체현중의외치적특색방법。
Objective:To explore the effect of massage in treating peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:Homemade Qian Zheng Qu Feng solution 20 mL was heated to 50 ℃,and then was rubbed into the side of the face.The doctor removed the right amount of homemade massage cream,and it was evenly spread onto the side of the glabella,Zan Zhu,Yu Yao and other acupuncture points, then the doctor used the gentle massage,at the same time,we asked the patient to active training plus anti impedance technique. Results:The total clinical efficiency was 100%.Conclusion:The method combines techniques and drug,active training and passive training,face paralysis restores is fast.Duration is shortened.It can truly embody traditional Chinese medicine effective external characteristic method.
