目的：探讨妊娠期急性阑尾炎的诊治经验，防止流产、早产、死胎等并发症的发生。方法：2003年3月-2014年3月收治妊娠期急性阑尾炎患者18例，对其临床表现、诊断与鉴别诊断及治疗进行回顾性分析。结果：临床表现为急腹症，18例均行阑尾切除术，穿孔6例，流产2例，早产1例，无孕产妇及胎儿死亡。结论：妊娠合并急性阑尾炎早期明确诊断、及早手术是治疗的关键。
目的：探討妊娠期急性闌尾炎的診治經驗，防止流產、早產、死胎等併髮癥的髮生。方法：2003年3月-2014年3月收治妊娠期急性闌尾炎患者18例，對其臨床錶現、診斷與鑒彆診斷及治療進行迴顧性分析。結果：臨床錶現為急腹癥，18例均行闌尾切除術，穿孔6例，流產2例，早產1例，無孕產婦及胎兒死亡。結論：妊娠閤併急性闌尾炎早期明確診斷、及早手術是治療的關鍵。
목적：탐토임신기급성란미염적진치경험，방지유산、조산、사태등병발증적발생。방법：2003년3월-2014년3월수치임신기급성란미염환자18례，대기림상표현、진단여감별진단급치료진행회고성분석。결과：림상표현위급복증，18례균행란미절제술，천공6례，유산2례，조산1례，무잉산부급태인사망。결론：임신합병급성란미염조기명학진단、급조수술시치료적관건。
Objective:To investigate the experience of diagnosis and treatment of acute appendicitis in pregnancy,to prevent abortion,premature birth,stillbirth and other complications.Methods:18 cases of pregnancy complicated with acute appendicitis were selected from March 2003 to March 2014.Clinical manifestation,diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Clinical expression was acute abdomen.18 cases were treated with appendectomy.6 cases had perforation.2 cases had abortion.1 case had premature delivery.There was no maternal and fetal death case.Conclusion:Early diagnosis and early operation treatment are the key for the treatment of pregnancy complicated with acute appendicitis.
