目的：通过研究胺碘酮对慢性心衰合并心律失常的治疗方式及治疗效果，分析胺碘酮在慢性心衰合并心律失常中的应用。方法：将60例慢性心衰合并心律失常患者随机分为对照组和试验组，对照组采取综合措施抗心衰治疗，试验组在对照组基础上增加胺碘酮进行治疗。结果：试验组心律失常治疗总有效率以及抗心衰治疗总有效率明显比对照组高，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：采取胺碘酮治疗的试验组效果明显优于采用常规综合抗心衰治疗的对照组，合理使用胺碘酮对于慢性心衰合并心律失常患者具有很好的治疗效果。

목적：통과연구알전동대만성심쇠합병심률실상적치료방식급치료효과，분석알전동재만성심쇠합병심률실상중적응용。방법：장60례만성심쇠합병심률실상환자수궤분위대조조화시험조，대조조채취종합조시항심쇠치료，시험조재대조조기출상증가알전동진행치료。결과：시험조심률실상치료총유효솔이급항심쇠치료총유효솔명현비대조조고，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：채취알전동치료적시험조효과명현우우채용상규종합항심쇠치료적대조조，합리사용알전동대우만성심쇠합병심률실상환자구유흔호적치료효과。
Objective:To analyze the application of amiodarone in the treatment of chronic heart failure combined with arrhythmia through studying the therapeutic method and effects of amiodarone in the treatment of chronic heart failure combined with arrhythmia.Methods:60 patients of chronic heart failure combined with arrhythmia were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group.The control group were treated with anti-heart failure drugs and the experiment group were treated with amiodarone in addition.Results:The total effective rate of treating arrhythmia and the total effective rate of treating heart failure in the experiment group all were higher than that of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapeutic efficacy of amiodarone in the treatment of the experiment group was better than that of conventional anti-heart failure drug in the treatment of the control group,and using amiodarone had good therapeutic effect in the treatment of chronic heart failure with arrhythmia.
