目的:采用鼓励式教育提高护生的自信心,激发护生能动性,提高临床护理带教质量。方法:提倡肯定式表扬,巧用肢体语言,弱化否定式批评,引导护生自我鼓励,增强护生自信心。结果:鼓励式教育组护生的理论成绩、实践技能操作及综合素质明显优于传统教育组。结论:采用鼓励式教育提高了护生自信心、激发其学习兴趣,提高了工作积极性、主动性,同时提高了护理教学质量。

목적:채용고려식교육제고호생적자신심,격발호생능동성,제고림상호리대교질량。방법:제창긍정식표양,교용지체어언,약화부정식비평,인도호생자아고려,증강호생자신심。결과:고려식교육조호생적이론성적、실천기능조작급종합소질명현우우전통교육조。결론:채용고려식교육제고료호생자신심、격발기학습흥취,제고료공작적겁성、주동성,동시제고료호리교학질량。
Objective Using encouraging education to improVe the self_confidence of nursing students,stimulate the initiatiVe of nurs-ing students,improVe the quality of clinical nursing teaching. Method To adVocate certainly praise,Skillfully use body language,weaken the negatiVe criticism,guide the self encouragement of nursing students,enhance the self_confidence of nursing students. Results Encouraging education group of nursing students'theory achieVement,operation of practical skills and comprehensiVe quality were better than traditional education group. Conclusion Encouraging education can improVe the self_confidence of nursing students,arouse their interest in learning, improVe the work enthusiasm,initiatiVe and creatiVity,and improVe the quality of the nursing teaching.
