目的:同等热量不同食物品种对妊娠糖尿病(GDM)血糖的影响。方法:观察87例GDM患者在同等热量不同食物品种对血糖的影响。根据饮食习惯分为米饭组(27例),米粥组(28例),面食组(32例),三组GDM患者均常规糖尿病饮食宣教治疗,根据患者个人情况计算所需热量。结果:每周监测血糖,面食组空腹血糖高于米饭组、米粥组(P<0.05),米饭组、米粥组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);米粥组餐后2 h血糖高于米饭组、面食组(P<0.05),面食组糖化血红蛋白高于米饭组、米粥组(P<0.05)。三组血清胰岛素水平测定差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:GDM患者在同等热量不同食物选择上仍对血糖控制有影响。

목적:동등열량불동식물품충대임신당뇨병(GDM)혈당적영향。방법:관찰87례GDM환자재동등열량불동식물품충대혈당적영향。근거음식습관분위미반조(27례),미죽조(28례),면식조(32례),삼조GDM환자균상규당뇨병음식선교치료,근거환자개인정황계산소수열량。결과:매주감측혈당,면식조공복혈당고우미반조、미죽조(P<0.05),미반조、미죽조차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);미죽조찬후2 h혈당고우미반조、면식조(P<0.05),면식조당화혈홍단백고우미반조、미죽조(P<0.05)。삼조혈청이도소수평측정차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:GDM환자재동등열량불동식물선택상잉대혈당공제유영향。
Objective To investigate effect of different varieties of food with same heat on glucose level In gestational diabetes mellitus. Results Fasting glucose and glucated hemoglobin in pasta group was significantly higher zhan other two groups.At 2 h after meal,the values of postprandial plasma glucose(PPG) was significantly higher in conjee group than those in rice group and pasta group.There was no significant difference in three groups of serum insulin levels.Conclusion In patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in the same heat on different food choices still has an impact on blood sugar control.
