以N6-(2-羟乙基)腺苷[N6-(2-hydroxyethyl)-adenosine,HEA]的产量为评价指标,查氏培养基为基础培养基,分别筛选液体静置发酵的光照、温度、时间、培养基初始 pH、装液量和接种量,结果表明:有利于细脚棒束孢(Isaria tenuipes)E3菌株产 HEA的发酵条件为黑暗或荧光、黄光,培养温度为25~28℃,培养时间为110 d,培养基的初始pH为6.0~7.0,装液量为50%,接种量为2.5%。

Selected parameters (light source,temperature,pH,culture time,volume of culture medium, inoculum size)affecting N6-(2-hydroxyethyl)-adenosine (HEA)production by Isaria tenuipes,strain E3, grown in static submerged culture on Czapek medium have been optimized.Maximum N6-(2-hydroxyethyl)-adenosine production was recorded using fluorescent or yellow light sources,a growth temperature range of 25~28 ℃,a growth medium pH range of 6.0~7.0,a culture time of 110 days,a culture volume of 150 mL in a 300 mL flask,and a 2.5% inoculum size.
