目的：研究分期护理用于多发肋骨骨折接骨板内固定术后患者的实际效果。方法：回顾2011年6月-2013年1月行接骨板内固定术的多发肋骨骨折患者50例，按随机双盲法将其分成实验组25例（分期护理），对照组25例（常规护理），比较两组护理效果。结果：①并发症：实验组低于对照组（8.0%VS 24.0%，P<0.05）；②生活自理能力：生活可完全自理的例数实验组有18例，对照组有8例，两组差异明显（P<0.05）。结论：分期护理用于多发肋骨骨折接骨板内固定术后患者，效果显著，值得推广。

목적：연구분기호리용우다발륵골골절접골판내고정술후환자적실제효과。방법：회고2011년6월-2013년1월행접골판내고정술적다발륵골골절환자50례，안수궤쌍맹법장기분성실험조25례（분기호리），대조조25례（상규호리），비교량조호리효과。결과：①병발증：실험조저우대조조（8.0%VS 24.0%，P<0.05）；②생활자리능력：생활가완전자리적례수실험조유18례，대조조유8례，량조차이명현（P<0.05）。결론：분기호리용우다발륵골골절접골판내고정술후환자，효과현저，치득추엄。
Objective:To study clinical efficacy of postoperative nursing plus plate fixation on multiple ribs fracture. Methods:50 patients were randomly divided into two groups from Jun. 2011 to Jan. 2013. 25cases in the experimental group were given stages nursing. 25 cases in the control group were given the conventional nursing. Results: ①Complications: The experiment group is lower than the control group (8.0% VS 24.0%, P<0.05). ②Living skills: 18 cases in experimental group were complete independence, 8 cases were complete independence in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Effects of postoperative nursing plus plate fixation on multiple ribs fracture are good, and deserve further dissemination.
