目的：观察热毒宁注射液雾化吸入治疗鼻咽癌患者放疗所致急性放射性口咽黏膜损伤的疗效。方法：采用随机对照试验，鼻咽癌患者放疗中出现急性放射性口咽黏膜损伤患者134例，随机分成实验组和对照组，对照组常规氧气雾化吸入地塞米松注射液，实验组使用热毒宁注射液氧气雾化吸入治疗。结果：实验组与对照组比较，急性放射性口咽黏膜损伤程度明显减轻， P<0.05，口咽黏膜修复耗时平均时间与总疗程耗时平均时间明显缩短，P<0.05。结论：热毒宁注射液雾化吸入治疗鼻咽癌患者急性放射性口咽黏膜损伤的疗效确切，副作用低，值得推广。
목적：관찰열독저주사액무화흡입치료비인암환자방료소치급성방사성구인점막손상적료효。방법：채용수궤대조시험，비인암환자방료중출현급성방사성구인점막손상환자134례，수궤분성실험조화대조조，대조조상규양기무화흡입지새미송주사액，실험조사용열독저주사액양기무화흡입치료。결과：실험조여대조조비교，급성방사성구인점막손상정도명현감경， P<0.05，구인점막수복모시평균시간여총료정모시평균시간명현축단，P<0.05。결론：열독저주사액무화흡입치료비인암환자급성방사성구인점막손상적료효학절，부작용저，치득추엄。
Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of Redu Ning inhalation on oropharyngeal mucosal injury caused by radiotherapy. Methods: 134 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given dexamethasone injection inhalation; the experimental group was given The Redu Ning injection inhalation. Results: In the experimental group, the extent of oropharyngeal mucosal injury was significantly reduced, the average duration of oropharyngeal mucosal recovering and total courses were significantly shortened, P<0.05. Conclusion:The Redu Ning injection inhalation was confirmed with good effects, with few adverse effects, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
