目的：经皮椎间孔镜微创技术联合术后中医药辨证治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：将90例腰椎间盘突出症手术患者应用经皮椎间孔镜微创技术联合术后中医药辨证治疗。结果：本组90例患者均得到很好的6～18个月的随访，平均11月，均按照Macnab标准，优78例，良10例，可2例，优良率达97.8%，住院时间4～10d，平均7d。结论：经皮椎间孔镜微创技术联合术后中医药辨证治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切，值得推广。
목적：경피추간공경미창기술연합술후중의약변증치료요추간반돌출증적림상료효。방법：장90례요추간반돌출증수술환자응용경피추간공경미창기술연합술후중의약변증치료。결과：본조90례환자균득도흔호적6～18개월적수방，평균11월，균안조Macnab표준，우78례，량10례，가2례，우량솔체97.8%，주원시간4～10d，평균7d。결론：경피추간공경미창기술연합술후중의약변증치료요추간반돌출증료효학절，치득추엄。
Objective:To observe clinical effects of percutaneous transforaminal minimally invasive mirror technology plus TCM differentiation on treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods: 90 patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated by percutaneous transforaminal minimally invasive mirror technology plus TCM differentiation treatment. Results:According to the standard Macnab, 78 cases were excellent, 10 cases were good, 2 cases were improved, the rate of clinical effects was 97.8%, hospital stays for 4~10 days, an average of 7 days. Conclusion:Clinical efficacy of percutaneous transforaminal minimally invasive technology plus TCM differentiation treatment was confirmed, and worthy of promotion.
