本文选取老年类风湿性关节炎患者有骨质疏松征象之病例，分3型治疗：脾肾阳虚型，治以益肾温阳、健脾利湿方；肾虚瘀滞型，治以益肾消瘀、蠲痹活络方；肝肾阴虚型，治宜滋肝填髓，通络清火方。中医组总有效率93.1%。对照组总有效率80.0%。两组相比，疗效有显著差异（P<0.05）。
본문선취노년류풍습성관절염환자유골질소송정상지병례，분3형치료：비신양허형，치이익신온양、건비리습방；신허어체형，치이익신소어、견비활락방；간신음허형，치의자간전수，통락청화방。중의조총유효솔93.1%。대조조총유효솔80.0%。량조상비，료효유현저차이（P<0.05）。
In this paper, senile patients with osteoporosis caused by rheumatoid arthritis were divided into three types, the type of Pishen Yangxu was given Yishen Wenyang, Jianpi Lishi prescription;the type of Shenxu Yuzhi was given Yishen Xiaoyu, Juanbi Huoluo prescription; and the type of Ganshen Yinxu was given Zigan Tiansui, Tongluo Qinghuo prescription. The total efficiency in treatment group (93.1%) was significantly better than that in the control (80.0%).
