目的：探讨中西医结合治疗急性鼻窦炎引起的头痛的临床疗效。方法：纳入符合标准的70例病例，分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予中药联合西药应用，对照组给予地塞米松片口服，其余所用西药与治疗组相同，比较两组缓解头痛、头胀、鼻塞流涕等症状的疗效。结果：治疗组有效33例，对照组有效31例，两组患者在用药后1、2、3、8周时总有效率比较，有显著性差异（P<0.05）。两组在治疗后1、2、8周时统计治疗有效的病人头部症状和鼻部症状消失时间（d）相比较，有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：用中西医结合的方法治疗急性鼻窦炎，能更快地缓解头痛头胀、鼻塞流涕等症状。
목적：탐토중서의결합치료급성비두염인기적두통적림상료효。방법：납입부합표준적70례병례，분위치료조화대조조，치료조급여중약연합서약응용，대조조급여지새미송편구복，기여소용서약여치료조상동，비교량조완해두통、두창、비새류체등증상적료효。결과：치료조유효33례，대조조유효31례，량조환자재용약후1、2、3、8주시총유효솔비교，유현저성차이（P<0.05）。량조재치료후1、2、8주시통계치료유효적병인두부증상화비부증상소실시간（d）상비교，유현저성차이（P<0.05）。결론：용중서의결합적방법치료급성비두염，능경쾌지완해두통두창、비새류체등증상。
Objective:To study clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on acute sinusitis headache. Methods:70 cases were divided into treatment group and control group according to the inclusion criteria, the treatment group was given the integrative medicine;the control group was given dexamethasone tablets orally. Headache, head distension, stuffy nose and runny nose were relieved in two groups. Efficiency in two groups was compared. Results:33 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group were effective. Comparison on the total efficiency between two groups in 1, 2, 3, 8 weeks has significant difference (P<0.05). Comparison on the disappearing time of head and nasal symptoms between two groups in the treatment of 1, 2, 8 weeks has significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:The integrative medicine can quickly relieve headaches, stuffy nose and runny nose.
