目的:观察化瘀降脂饮对颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)患者血脂、颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT)及踝臂指数(ABI)的影响。方法:将200例CAS患者随机分为两组,治疗组100例予化瘀降脂饮联合辛伐他汀片治疗,对照组予单纯辛伐他汀片治疗。两组治疗6个月后观察血脂、IMT及ABI的变化。结果:两组治疗后血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、IMT均较治疗前下降(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、ABI升高(P<0.01);治疗组改善程度更明显(P<0.05)。结论:化瘀降脂饮对颈动脉斑块患者血脂、IMT及ABI有明显改善作用。

목적:관찰화어강지음대경동맥죽양경화(CAS)환자혈지、경동맥내막-중층후도(IMT)급과비지수(ABI)적영향。방법:장200례CAS환자수궤분위량조,치료조100례여화어강지음연합신벌타정편치료,대조조여단순신벌타정편치료。량조치료6개월후관찰혈지、IMT급ABI적변화。결과:량조치료후혈청총담고순(TC)、감유삼지(TG)、저밀도지단백담고순(LDL-C)、IMT균교치료전하강(P<0.01),고밀도지단백담고순(HDL-C)、ABI승고(P<0.01);치료조개선정도경명현(P<0.05)。결론:화어강지음대경동맥반괴환자혈지、IMT급ABI유명현개선작용。
Objective:To observe the effects of Huayu Jiangzhi Yin plus sirnvastalin on blood lipid, intima-media thickness (IMT) and ankle brachial index (ABI) in carotid artery atherosclerosis patients (CAS). Methods: 200 cases of carotid atherosclerosis were randomly divided into two groups, 100 cases in the treatment group were treated by HJD plus sirnvastalin, and 100 cases in the control group were treated by sirnvastalin solo. The treatment lasted for 6 months. The degree of blood lipid, IMT and ABI was observed before and after treatment. Results:Compared with before treatment, total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and IMT were decreased obviously in two groups (P<0.01);at the same time, high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and ABI increased significantly (P<0.01), especially in the treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion: HJD had a significant effect on improving the blood lipid, IMT and ABI in CAS.
