采用中西医结合法治疗顽固性荨麻疹34例，患者全部痊愈。并通过3个典型病例进行诊断治疗，总结出，应根据中医中药的特长，辨证论治，治病求稳的特点，中西药结合治疗。

채용중서의결합법치료완고성담마진34례，환자전부전유。병통과3개전형병례진행진단치료，총결출，응근거중의중약적특장，변증론치，치병구은적특점，중서약결합치료。
34 patients with refractory urticarial were treated in the integrative medicine, all patients were cured. Clinical experience, summarized from three examples, thought that the integrative medicine with the character of Wen and differentiation was appropriate for treating refractory urticarial.
