目的：观察中西医结合治疗脑出血（ICH）后遗症的临床疗效。方法：对我院2012年6月收取的100例脑出血患者进行治疗观察，100例患者随机分为两组，各50例，通过单纯性药物治疗的一组为对照组，采用中西结合治疗的一组为研究组。结果：研究组总体有效率为96%，治疗后患者没有不良反应出现，且有31例患者病情完全缓解；对照组总体有效率为58%，8例患者出现不良反应且只有11例患者完全缓解，研究组患者效果明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：中西结合治疗脑出血后遗症效果显著，安全有效，值得在临床治疗中推广使用。
목적：관찰중서의결합치료뇌출혈（ICH）후유증적림상료효。방법：대아원2012년6월수취적100례뇌출혈환자진행치료관찰，100례환자수궤분위량조，각50례，통과단순성약물치료적일조위대조조，채용중서결합치료적일조위연구조。결과：연구조총체유효솔위96%，치료후환자몰유불량반응출현，차유31례환자병정완전완해；대조조총체유효솔위58%，8례환자출현불량반응차지유11례환자완전완해，연구조환자효과명현고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：중서결합치료뇌출혈후유증효과현저，안전유효，치득재림상치료중추엄사용。
Objective:To observe clinical effects of the integrative medicine on ICH sequelae. Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases for each, the control group was given simple medicine treatment;the research group was given the integrative medicine. Results:With treatment, the total efficiency in the research group (96%) was significantly better than that (58%) in the control group (P<0.05), 31 patients were complete remission and all the patients in the research group had no adverse reactions, 8 patients had no adverse reactions and only 11 patients were complete remission in the control group. Conclusion: The clinical efficacy in the integrative medicine on ICH sequelae is remarkable, safe and confirmed, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
