目的：观察归脾汤加减内服治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法：本试验采用随机对照临床研究。其中治疗组及对照组各42例。治疗组采用归脾汤加减内服治疗；对照组采用钙剂、维生素C、抗阻胺制剂联合治疗方案。两组疗程均为一个月。结果：治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）结论：归脾汤加减内服是治疗过敏性紫癜的优选方案；副作用少，有较好的治疗效果。
목적：관찰귀비탕가감내복치료과민성자전적림상료효。방법：본시험채용수궤대조림상연구。기중치료조급대조조각42례。치료조채용귀비탕가감내복치료；대조조채용개제、유생소C、항조알제제연합치료방안。량조료정균위일개월。결과：치료조총유효솔명현우우대조조（P＜0.05）결론：귀비탕가감내복시치료과민성자전적우선방안；부작용소，유교호적치료효과。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of ingredient-altered Guipi decoction on allergic purpura.Methods:This experiment adopted randomized controlled clinical studies.dividing a treatment group and a control group (n = 42) . Patients in the treatment group were given oral ingredient-altered Guipi decoction; while patients in the control group given calcium, vitamin C, and resistance amine preparations. One month as a course .Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Ingredient-altered Guipi decoction is the preferred method in the treatment of allergic purpura with less side effects but good therapeutic effects.
