目的研究分析左半结肠癌急性梗阻Ⅰ期手术的有效性.方法选择我院76例左半结肠癌急性梗阻患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,观察组患者均采用Ⅰ期结肠癌切除吻合术治疗,对照组采取分期手术治疗,观察两组治疗效果.结果两组患者吻合口瘘发生率、感染率,差异无显著性(P＞0.05)；观察组患者较对照组住院费用降低,住院时间缩短,差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论左半结肠癌急性梗阻Ⅰ期手术能够缩短患者住院时间,减少患者经济负担和心理压力,同时具有安全可靠的治疗效果,可以在临床上根据其适应症进一步推广应用.
목적 연구분석좌반결장암급성경조Ⅰ기수술적유효성.방법 선택아원76례좌반결장암급성경조환자위연구대상,수궤분위량조,관찰조환자균채용Ⅰ기결장암절제문합술치료,대조조채취분기수술치료,관찰량조치료효과.결과 량조환자문합구루발생솔、감염솔,차이무현저성(P＞0.05)；관찰조환자교대조조주원비용강저,주원시간축단,차이유현저성(P＜0.05).결론 좌반결장암급성경조Ⅰ기수술능구축단환자주원시간,감소환자경제부담화심리압력,동시구유안전가고적치료효과,가이재림상상근거기괄응증진일보추엄응용.
Objective To study and analyze the effectiveness of left colon cancer with acute obstruction stage Ⅰ operation treatment.Methods 76 patients in our hospital with acute obstruction of left colon cancer chosen as the object of study,were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group was treated with stage Ⅰ colon resection and anastomosis for treatment,control group adopted the staging operation treatment,treatment effect of two groups were observed.Results The anastomotic leakage and wound infection rate of the patients in two groups didn't show statistical significant difference (P＞0.05); the cost of hospitalization and the hospital stay of patients in the observation group significantly reduced more than those in the control group,the difference had statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusions The left colon cancer with acute obstruction stage Ⅰ operation can shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the economic burden of the patients and psychological pressure,and has safe and reliable treatment effect,can be promoted for further popularization and application according to the clinical indications.
