目的：探讨我院自拟的中药煎剂胆管疏预防术后胆管结石复发的临床效果。方法：选取我院肝胆外科2010年8月-2011年12月期间收治的因肝内外结石行胆道探查术并获得随访一年的胆管结石患者共86例，随机分成两组，实验组在对照组的基础上加服中药煎剂胆管疏。结果：实验组术后胆管结石复发率显著低于对照组。结论：中药煎剂胆管疏的使用能有效预防术后胆管结石复发。
목적：탐토아원자의적중약전제담관소예방술후담관결석복발적림상효과。방법：선취아원간담외과2010년8월-2011년12월기간수치적인간내외결석행담도탐사술병획득수방일년적담관결석환자공86례，수궤분성량조，실험조재대조조적기출상가복중약전제담관소。결과：실험조술후담관결석복발솔현저저우대조조。결론：중약전제담관소적사용능유효예방술후담관결석복발。
Objective:To evaluate clinical efficacy of the Danguan Shu decoction on postoperative recurrence of bile duct calculus. Methods:86 patients were randomly divided into two groups from Aug. 2010 to Dec. 2011. 46 patients in the treatment group were given choledochoscope examination plus the Danguan Shu decoction, and another group was given bile duct exploration with choledochoscope. Results: Postoperative recurrence rate in the treatment was lower than that in the control. Conclusion: The Danguan Shu decoction can effectively control postoperative recurrence of bile duct calculus.
