目的：观察电针配合补阳还五汤预防髋部骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）的临床疗效和应用价值。方法：将138例患者随机分为3组，其中实验组46例电针配穴、口服补阳还五汤配合患肢治疗2周，对照组46例皮下注射低分子肝素钙配合足底静脉泵治疗2周，综合组46例患肢配穴电针、口服补阳还五汤2周、皮下注射低分子肝素钙1周综合治疗；治疗后第2、6、12d化验D-dimer、2周后行双下肢血管彩色多普勒超声检查，比较治疗前后D-dimer指标的变化，及比较治疗过程中创伤局部肿胀、疼痛缓解的情况，并统计 DVT 发生情况。结果：3组均有效地降低了 D-dimer 指标，综合组更快地缓解创伤局部的肿胀、疼痛程度，减少 DVT的发生率，比较有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：电针配合补阳还五汤预防 DVT是安全有效的，值得推广。
목적：관찰전침배합보양환오탕예방관부골절술후하지심정맥혈전형성（DVT）적림상료효화응용개치。방법：장138례환자수궤분위3조，기중실험조46례전침배혈、구복보양환오탕배합환지치료2주，대조조46례피하주사저분자간소개배합족저정맥빙치료2주，종합조46례환지배혈전침、구복보양환오탕2주、피하주사저분자간소개1주종합치료；치료후제2、6、12d화험D-dimer、2주후행쌍하지혈관채색다보륵초성검사，비교치료전후D-dimer지표적변화，급비교치료과정중창상국부종창、동통완해적정황，병통계 DVT 발생정황。결과：3조균유효지강저료 D-dimer 지표，종합조경쾌지완해창상국부적종창、동통정도，감소 DVT적발생솔，비교유현저성차이（P<0.05）。결론：전침배합보양환오탕예방 DVT시안전유효적，치득추엄。
Objective:To observe clinical effects of the Buyang Huanwu decoction plus electro-acupuncture on preventing deep venous thrombosis (DVT) of hip fracture during perioperative period. Methods:138 patients were randomly divided into three groups, the experimental group was given the Buyang Huanwu decoction plus electro-acupuncture for 2 weeks; the control group was given low molecular heparin calcium injection plus sole vein pump for 2 weeks;the comprehensive group was given the Buyang Huanwu decoction plus electro-acupuncture for 2 weeks, and low molecular heparin calcium injection for 1 week. Levels of D-dimer, swelling degree and pain relieve were compared, results of DVT were analyzed. Results:Levels of D-dimer in 3 groups were decreased, in the comprehensive group, the relieving of swelling degree and the pain were quicker, and the rate of DVT was lower, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture plus the Buyang Huanwu decoction on preventing DVT was safe, effective, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
