目的：探讨分析采集动脉血液时针对患者存在的不良心理的护理。方法：随机选取500例需要进行动脉血液采集的住院患者，给予心理问卷调查，分析其采集动脉血时的心理反应特点，探讨有针对性的心理护理干预措施。结果：各组患者均有不同的心理反应，不同组别人群经护理干预后行动脉血液采集的患者不良心理反应显著性改善，配合护理人员操作程度显著提高，穿刺成功率显著增加，与护理前比较，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：根据患者不同的心理反应类型采取相应的心理护理，可使患者处于良好的心理状态，达到理想的动脉血液采集效果，提高动脉血液采集的护理质量。
목적：탐토분석채집동맥혈액시침대환자존재적불양심리적호리。방법：수궤선취500례수요진행동맥혈액채집적주원환자，급여심리문권조사，분석기채집동맥혈시적심리반응특점，탐토유침대성적심리호리간예조시。결과：각조환자균유불동적심리반응，불동조별인군경호리간예후행동맥혈액채집적환자불양심리반응현저성개선，배합호리인원조작정도현저제고，천자성공솔현저증가，여호리전비교，차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：근거환자불동적심리반응류형채취상응적심리호리，가사환자처우량호적심리상태，체도이상적동맥혈액채집효과，제고동맥혈액채집적호리질량。
Objective:To explore the nursing of adverse reaction in patients with arterial blood collection exists.Method:500 cases of need for arterial blood collection in hospitalized patients were randomly selected,they were provided psychological questionnaires to analyze the characteristics of their psychological reactions when collecting blood,and to explore the psychological care interventions targeted.Result:There were different adverse psychological reactions in each groups.Different groups of the population by the nursing intervention in patients with arterial blood collection underwent adverse psychological reactions were significantly improved,with significantly improved operating nursing degree,a significant increase in the success rate,compared with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the patient ’s psychological reaction types corresponding taking different psychological care,patients can be in a good state of mind,to achieve the desired effect of arterial blood collection and improve the quality of care arterial blood collection.
