目的：探讨经会阴应用高频彩色超声多普勒诊断女性尿道外口肿块与临床诊断的对比分析。方法术前对65例女性尿道外口肿块患者进行临床诊断及经会阴作高频超声检查诊断，并与术后病理结果对照分析。结果65例患者中术后证实尿道肉芽肿样息肉16例、尿道血管瘤样息肉22例、尿道处女膜伞24例，尿道癌3例，以术后病理结果为标准，术前高频超声诊断及临床诊断对比分析有统计学差异（χ2=51.57，P＜0.05）。结论经会阴应用高频彩色超声多普勒诊断女性尿道外口肿块，能更清楚显示与周围组织的关系，以及肿块的血供，比单纯依靠经验作临床诊断更准确，对完善临床诊断有重要作用，对临床诊断、治疗以及手术方式选择具有指导意义。
목적：탐토경회음응용고빈채색초성다보륵진단녀성뇨도외구종괴여림상진단적대비분석。방법술전대65례녀성뇨도외구종괴환자진행림상진단급경회음작고빈초성검사진단，병여술후병리결과대조분석。결과65례환자중술후증실뇨도육아종양식육16례、뇨도혈관류양식육22례、뇨도처녀막산24례，뇨도암3례，이술후병리결과위표준，술전고빈초성진단급림상진단대비분석유통계학차이（χ2=51.57，P＜0.05）。결론경회음응용고빈채색초성다보륵진단녀성뇨도외구종괴，능경청초현시여주위조직적관계，이급종괴적혈공，비단순의고경험작림상진단경준학，대완선림상진단유중요작용，대림상진단、치료이급수술방식선택구유지도의의。
Objective To evaluate the application of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of female urethral outside the mouth lesions and clinical diagnosis analysis. Methods Before operation, 65 cases of female urethral outside the mouth mass underwent clinical diagnosis and transperineal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of high frequency, and compared with postoperative pathological findings. Results 65 cases of confirmed urethral granulomatous polyps in 16 cases, postoperative urethral hemangioma like polyps in 22 cases, urethral hymen umbrella in 24 cases, 3 cases of carcinoma of the urethra, the postoperative pathological result as the standard, the preoperative ultrasonography in the diagnosis and clinical diagnosis and comparative analysis with statistical difference(χ2=51.57, P<0.05). Conclusion Transperineal application high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of female urethral outside the mouth can show the relationship between the mass, and the surrounding tissues more clearly, and the tumor blood supply, only depending on the experience of clinical diagnosis more accurate, plays an important role in improving the clinical diagnosis, has the instruction signiifcance to the clinical diagnosis, treatment and operation mode selection.
