目的:探讨双眼视功能训练对共同性外斜视患者术后视功能重建的影响。方法将100例共同性外斜视患者随机分为两组,一组采用同视机进行双眼视功能训练,一组作为对照组,不进行双眼视功能训练,对所有患者在术前,术后3个月,术后12个月进行三级视功能检查,所得结果进行比较分析,并比较两组术后12个月的眼位回退率。结果术后3个月,术后12个月同视机训练组的三级功能形成的比率均高于对照组,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。术后12个月同视机训练组的眼位回退率明显低于对照组,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论双眼视功能训练可促进共同性外斜视患者术后双眼视功能的恢复与重建,降低眼位回退率。

목적:탐토쌍안시공능훈련대공동성외사시환자술후시공능중건적영향。방법장100례공동성외사시환자수궤분위량조,일조채용동시궤진행쌍안시공능훈련,일조작위대조조,불진행쌍안시공능훈련,대소유환자재술전,술후3개월,술후12개월진행삼급시공능검사,소득결과진행비교분석,병비교량조술후12개월적안위회퇴솔。결과술후3개월,술후12개월동시궤훈련조적삼급공능형성적비솔균고우대조조,량조비교유통계학차이(P<0.05)。술후12개월동시궤훈련조적안위회퇴솔명현저우대조조,량조비교유통계학차이(P<0.05)。결론쌍안시공능훈련가촉진공동성외사시환자술후쌍안시공능적회복여중건,강저안위회퇴솔。
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of binocular vision training for concomitant strabismus patients after surgery. Methods 100 cases of concomitant strabismus patients were divided into training group and control group randomly. After surgery, patients in training group were treated by using synoptophore. no training for patients in control group. Binocular vision function was examined before surgery, 3 months and 12 months after surgery. Postoperative 12 months eye position orthophoria rate of the two groups were observed and compared. Results 3 months and 12 months after surgery, recovery rate of binocular vision of patients in training group was higher than that of patients in control group. Recession rate of eye position of patients in training group was lower than that of patients in control group. Conclusion Binocular vision training for comitant strabismus patients after surgery was helpful for recovery of binocular vision and reducing eye rollback rate.
