随着人们对医疗制度的要求越来越高，我国的医疗市场发生了大规模的改革，在这个趋势下，需要全方位的开展中医特色护理，使护理的整体质量得到明显的提升，提升护理的质量可以增强医院的市场竞争力，使医院在竞争激烈的市场活动中取得不败之地。本文主要从医疗市场改革的时代背景下去分析，中医护理管理活动中还存在的几点不足，并且提出相应的解决建议，望给我国的中医护理管理工作的开展提供相应的借鉴和参考。

With the growth of medical demands of the public, a massive reform in our medical market is cultivating. In this situation, Traditional Chinese medicine nursing needs to be carried out in order to improve the overall quality of nursing care and enhance the market competitiveness of the hospital which leads to an invincible position in the fierce competition in the market activities. This paper mainly analyzes Chinese medicine nursing management from the background of the reform on medical market and puts forward corresponding suggestions in order to provide the corre sponding reference for Traditional Chinese nursing management.
