目的:建立工作场所车间空气中氯化氢的离子色谱法。方法:选择IonPacAS19色谱柱,淋洗液为氢氧根淋洗液,流速为1.0 ml/min,进样量为25.0μl,电导检测池温度为30℃,色谱柱温度为35℃,抑制器抑制模式为自动再生模式,抑制器电流为50mA。结果:在0~25.0mg/mL氯化氢的线性方程为:y=2.117x-0.036,r=0.9999,检出限为0.06μg/mL。最低检出浓度为0.016mg/m3(以采集5.0L空气样品计)。回收试验结果显示,该方法的平均回收率为97.6%~101.6%,RSD为1.56%~3.76%。结论:该法操作简单、快速、准确,灵敏度高、干扰少,适用于作业环境空气中氯化氢测定。

목적:건립공작장소차간공기중록화경적리자색보법。방법:선택IonPacAS19색보주,림세액위경양근림세액,류속위1.0 ml/min,진양량위25.0μl,전도검측지온도위30℃,색보주온도위35℃,억제기억제모식위자동재생모식,억제기전류위50mA。결과:재0~25.0mg/mL록화경적선성방정위:y=2.117x-0.036,r=0.9999,검출한위0.06μg/mL。최저검출농도위0.016mg/m3(이채집5.0L공기양품계)。회수시험결과현시,해방법적평균회수솔위97.6%~101.6%,RSD위1.56%~3.76%。결론:해법조작간단、쾌속、준학,령민도고、간우소,괄용우작업배경공기중록화경측정。
Objective:To apply Ion chromatography of hydrogen chloride in the air of workplace workplace. Methods:IonPacAS19 chromatographic column was selected, eluent for hydroxide eluent, flow rate 1 ml/min, the injection volume 25 μ L, pool temperature conductivity detection 30℃, the column temperature 35℃, suppressors in automatic regeneration mode with 50mA currency. Results:In the 0 ~ 25.0mg/mL hydrogen chloride, the linear equation is: y=2.117x-0.036, r=0.9999, the detection limit is 0.06 μ g/mL, minimum detection concentration of 0.016mg/m3 (as 5.0L air sample). The result of recovery test showed that the average recovery of the method ranged from 97.6%to 101.6%, RSD was 1.56%~3.76%. Conclusion:This method is simple, rapid, accurate with high sensitivity and less interference which is suitable for the determination of hydrogen chloride in the air of workplace.
