目的：对老年手术患者瑞芬太尼复合麻醉效果进行探讨和分析。方法选择45例于2013年3月至2013年9月间在我院进行手术治疗的老年患者资料进行研究和分析，对照组20例，观察组25例，对对照组患者进行芬太尼麻醉，对观察组患者进行瑞芬太尼麻醉，对两组患者的麻醉效果进行比较和分析。结果两组患者手术时间差异不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05），观察组患者术后自主呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间以及呼之睁眼时间均明显短于对照组，两组差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对老年手术患者进行瑞芬太尼复合麻醉能够取得更加理想的麻醉效果。

목적：대노년수술환자서분태니복합마취효과진행탐토화분석。방법선택45례우2013년3월지2013년9월간재아원진행수술치료적노년환자자료진행연구화분석，대조조20례，관찰조25례，대대조조환자진행분태니마취，대관찰조환자진행서분태니마취，대량조환자적마취효과진행비교화분석。결과량조환자수술시간차이불구유통계학의의（P＞0.05），관찰조환자술후자주호흡회복시간、발관시간이급호지정안시간균명현단우대조조，량조차이균구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론대노년수술환자진행서분태니복합마취능구취득경가이상적마취효과。
Objective To elderly patients with surgery, fentanyl compound anesthesia effect were discussed and analyzed. Methods 45 cases in March 2013 to September 2013 in our hospital to study and analysis on the data of surgical treatment of elderly patients, control group 20 cases, 25 cases, observation group with fentanyl anesthesia in patients with control group, the observation group of patients with fentanyl anesthesia, anesthesia effect of two groups of patients with comparison and analysis. Results Two groups of patients with operation time difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05), the observation group of patients with postoperative spontaneous breathing recovery time, extubation time and call him only time were signiifcantly shorter than the control group, the differences between the two groups have statistical signiifcance(P<0.05). Conclusion In elderly patients with surgery for rui fentanyl anaesthesia effect of compound anesthesia can achieve more ideal.
