目的：优选复方龙血竭凝胶剂最佳制备工艺并进行初步质量考察。方法：采用单因素考察方法，以凝胶剂外观评价作为考察指标，筛选优化处方，制备复方龙血竭凝胶剂。采用离心试验、耐寒耐热试验及体外透皮吸收试验对复方龙血竭凝胶剂进行初步质量考察。结果：优化处方为：复方龙血竭组方药物：3%卡波姆：吐温-80：甘油：乙醇=0.3：20：0.2：2：1；按该处方制得的凝胶外观好，离心及耐寒耐热试验显示凝胶无分层现象及颜色变化，稳定性好；体外透皮吸收试验显示，龙血素 A 和龙血素 B在3小时之内累积释药率达到99%。结论：该制备工艺操作简单，所得凝胶稳定性好，释放速率高。
목적：우선복방룡혈갈응효제최가제비공예병진행초보질량고찰。방법：채용단인소고찰방법，이응효제외관평개작위고찰지표，사선우화처방，제비복방룡혈갈응효제。채용리심시험、내한내열시험급체외투피흡수시험대복방룡혈갈응효제진행초보질량고찰。결과：우화처방위：복방룡혈갈조방약물：3%잡파모：토온-80：감유：을순=0.3：20：0.2：2：1；안해처방제득적응효외관호，리심급내한내열시험현시응효무분층현상급안색변화，은정성호；체외투피흡수시험현시，룡혈소 A 화룡혈소 B재3소시지내루적석약솔체도99%。결론：해제비공예조작간단，소득응효은정성호，석방속솔고。
Objective:To optimize the Preparation of Compound Resin of Dracaena Cochinchinensis Gel (CRDG). Methods:The CRDG Preparation was determined by appearance evaluation as screening index with the single factor exploration and studied the initial quality of CRDG with centrifugal test, cold tolerance test, hot-resistant test, vitro skin penetration and absorption test. Results: The optimum formula of the preparation was drugs-3%Carbopol-Tween80-Glycerol-Ethanol (0.3:20:0.22:2:1). The results of centrifugal test, cold tolerance test and hot-resistant test demonstrated that the stability of CRDG was good. Loureirin A and Loureirin B cumulative release percentage was 99%in 3h. Conclusion:The optimized preparation of Compound Resin of Dracaena Cochinchinensis Gel are characterized with simplicity, stable quality, and good drug release rate.
