目的：观察探讨免球囊扩张器免钉合器完全腹膜外腹腔镜疝修补术在成人腹股沟疝的临床应用效果。方法选取2012年3月至2013年4月于本科进行免球囊扩张器免钉合器完全腹膜外腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术治疗的62例成人腹股沟疝患者为研究对象，将所有患者的手术成功率，中转TAPP率、手术时间、住院时间、并发症发生率及手术后不同时间的疼痛情况进行统计分析。结果62例患者手术均成功，成功率为100.00%，中转TAPP率、手术时间、住院时间、并发症发生率均较佳，而术后3d轻度疼痛率为96.77%，高于术后1d， P＜0.05。结论免球囊扩张器免钉合器在完全腹膜外腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术中的应用效果较好，具有安全性较高、术后疼痛轻、恢复快、术后并发症发生少、复发率低等优势，值得临床推广。

목적：관찰탐토면구낭확장기면정합기완전복막외복강경산수보술재성인복고구산적림상응용효과。방법선취2012년3월지2013년4월우본과진행면구낭확장기면정합기완전복막외복강경복고구산수보술치료적62례성인복고구산환자위연구대상，장소유환자적수술성공솔，중전TAPP솔、수술시간、주원시간、병발증발생솔급수술후불동시간적동통정황진행통계분석。결과62례환자수술균성공，성공솔위100.00%，중전TAPP솔、수술시간、주원시간、병발증발생솔균교가，이술후3d경도동통솔위96.77%，고우술후1d， P＜0.05。결론면구낭확장기면정합기재완전복막외복강경복고구산수보술중적응용효과교호，구유안전성교고、술후동통경、회복쾌、술후병발증발생소、복발솔저등우세，치득림상추엄。
Objective To study the clinical application effect of free balloon dilator nailing-free for total extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernioplasty in adult patients with inguinal hernia. Methods 62 adult patients with inguinal hernia who were treated with free balloon dilator nailing-free for total extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernioplasty in our department from March 2012 to April 2013 were selected as research object, and the operation success rate,transfer rate of TAPP, operation time,hospitalization time,complications rate and pain situation at different time after the operation of two groups were analyzed. Results The operation of 62 patients were all successful,the rate was 100.00%, the transfer rate of TAPP, operation time,hospitalization time,complications rate were wll, while the mild pain rate at third day after the operation was 96.77%, and it was higher than that at ifrst day after the operation,P<0.05. Conclusion The application effect of free balloon dilator free stapler in the total extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernioplasty is better, and it has the advantages of safety, postoperative pain, rapid recovery, less postoperative complications, low recurrence rate, so is is worthy of clinical popularization.
