目的：研究分析中医手法复位外固定联合中药内服治疗肱骨髁间骨折临床疗效。方法：选取2011年10月～2013年10月来自我院接受治疗的肱骨髁间骨折患者200例，将其随机分为西医切开复位内固定组及中医手法复位外固定联合中药内服治疗组各100例，西医切开复位内固定组采用西医切开复位内固定治疗，中医手法复位外固定联合中药内服治疗组采用中医手法复位外固定联合中药内服治疗方法，连续治疗4周后，观察对比和分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果：经过治疗后，中医手法复位外固定联合中药内服治疗组患者治疗的总有效率为86.00%，西医切开复位内固定组患者治疗的总有效率75.00%～80.00%，中医手法复位外固定联合中药内服治疗组与西医切开复位内固定组相比，差异显著，有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论：中医手法复位外固定联合中药内服治疗肱骨髁间骨折临床疗效显著，值得临床的运用和推广。
목적：연구분석중의수법복위외고정연합중약내복치료굉골과간골절림상료효。방법：선취2011년10월～2013년10월래자아원접수치료적굉골과간골절환자200례，장기수궤분위서의절개복위내고정조급중의수법복위외고정연합중약내복치료조각100례，서의절개복위내고정조채용서의절개복위내고정치료，중의수법복위외고정연합중약내복치료조채용중의수법복위외고정연합중약내복치료방법，련속치료4주후，관찰대비화분석량조환자적림상료효。결과：경과치료후，중의수법복위외고정연합중약내복치료조환자치료적총유효솔위86.00%，서의절개복위내고정조환자치료적총유효솔75.00%～80.00%，중의수법복위외고정연합중약내복치료조여서의절개복위내고정조상비，차이현저，유통계학의의（P﹤0.05）。결론：중의수법복위외고정연합중약내복치료굉골과간골절림상료효현저，치득림상적운용화추엄。
Objective:To study the curative effects of manual reduction and external fixation combined with Chinese medicine on treatment of intercondylar fracture of humerus. Methods: 200 patients with intercondylar fracture of humerus from October, 2011 to October, 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into the group of western open reduction and internal fixation and the group of Chinese manipulative reduction and external fixation combined with Chinese herbs, 100 cases in each group. Patients in the western medicine group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation of open reduction and internal fixation, while patients in another group were treated with manual reduction of TCM external fixation combined with Chinese medicine, after 4 weeks of continuous treatment, the clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared and observed. Results:After treatment, the total effective rate of Chinese medicine treatment of manipulative reduction and external fixation combined with Chinese herbs group was 86. 0%, while that of the western open reduction and internal fixation was 75.00%-80.00%. There were significant differences between Chinese manipulative reduction and external fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and Western medicine with open reduction and internal fixation group with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of Chinese manipulative reduction and external fixation combined with Chinese herbs on humeral intercondylar fracturet is significant and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
