目的：应用干预护理等方法对剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓的形成进行预防，并观察预防效果。方法对我院2012年4月至2013年4月收治的200例孕产妇资料进行分析，将其分为对照组与观察组，其中对照组孕产妇应用常规护理，观察组患者应用术后下肢活动与体位活动相结合的护理干预方式护理。结果观察组患者下肢静脉血栓的发生率、疼痛度等发生率明显少于对照组，具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论应用护理干预的方式极大预防了剖宫产术后产妇下肢深静脉血栓的形成，具有重要的价值与意义。
목적：응용간예호리등방법대부궁산술후하지심정맥혈전적형성진행예방，병관찰예방효과。방법대아원2012년4월지2013년4월수치적200례잉산부자료진행분석，장기분위대조조여관찰조，기중대조조잉산부응용상규호리，관찰조환자응용술후하지활동여체위활동상결합적호리간예방식호리。결과관찰조환자하지정맥혈전적발생솔、동통도등발생솔명현소우대조조，구유통계학의의，P＜0.05。결론응용호리간예적방식겁대예방료부궁산술후산부하지심정맥혈전적형성，구유중요적개치여의의。
Objective The application of nursing intervention for preventing the formation of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after cesarean section, and to observe the preventive effect. Methods 200 cases of pregnant women in our hospital from 2012 April to 2013 data for the year April were analyzed, which is divided into the control group and the observation group, the control group used routine nursing mode of pregnant women, patients in the observation group application of postoperative lower limb activity and postural activity combined nursing intervention nursing. Results Patients with venous thrombosis of the lower limbs, pain degree, the incidence was signiifcantly less than that of the control group, with statistical signiifcance, P< 0.05. Conclusion The application of nursing intervention way greatly in preventing the formation of maternal deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity after cesarean section, there is important value and signiifcance.
