目的：研究（玉玄宫经络治疗仪替代针灸）进行肝脏疾病治疗的临床意义。方法：在常规保肝抗肝纤维化治疗基础上，加用(玉玄宫经络治疗仪替代针灸进行治疗)12周观察疗效。结果：加用玉玄宫经络治疗仪治疗的患者，在症状改善及肝功血常规等生化指标改善上，要优于单纯保肝抗纤维化治疗组。结论：（玉玄宫经络治疗仪替代针灸进行肝脏疾病的治疗）可以提高疾病治疗效果，从而对患者预后及生存质量的改善起到积极地作用。
목적：연구（옥현궁경락치료의체대침구）진행간장질병치료적림상의의。방법：재상규보간항간섬유화치료기출상，가용(옥현궁경락치료의체대침구진행치료)12주관찰료효。결과：가용옥현궁경락치료의치료적환자，재증상개선급간공혈상규등생화지표개선상，요우우단순보간항섬유화치료조。결론：（옥현궁경락치료의체대침구진행간장질병적치료）가이제고질병치료효과，종이대환자예후급생존질량적개선기도적겁지작용。
Objective: To study the clinical significance of meridian treatment of Yuxuangong instead of acupuncture for liver diseases. Methods: Based on the liver and anti hepatic fibrosis routine treatment, meridian treatment of Yuxuangong instead of acupuncture was supplied for 12 weeks and the efficacy was observed. Results:The improvement of symptoms and biochemical indexes of patients treated with Yuxuangong instead of acupuncture was better than that of patients given treatment of anti hepatic fibrosis. Conclusion:Meridian treatment of Yuxuangong instead of acupuncture for liver diseases has a good effect and played a positive role in improving the prognosis and quality of life.
