目的：探讨齐拉西酮对慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法将使用传统抗精神病药进行维持治疗的慢性精神分裂症门诊患者30例换用新型抗精神病药齐拉西酮治疗6个月。采用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）、不良反应量表（TESS）、精神分裂症患者生活质量量表（SQLs）及社会功能缺陷筛选表（SDSS）分别评定换用齐拉西酮治疗前后患者的疗效、不良反应及生活质量情况。结果换用齐拉西酮治疗6月后，PANSS中阴性症状、TESS、SQLs、SDSS评分均显著下降。结论齐拉西酮能显著改善慢性精神分裂症患者的生活质量。
목적：탐토제랍서동대만성정신분렬증환자생활질량적영향。방법장사용전통항정신병약진행유지치료적만성정신분렬증문진환자30례환용신형항정신병약제랍서동치료6개월。채용양성여음성증상량표（PANSS）、불량반응량표（TESS）、정신분렬증환자생활질량량표（SQLs）급사회공능결함사선표（SDSS）분별평정환용제랍서동치료전후환자적료효、불량반응급생활질량정황。결과환용제랍서동치료6월후，PANSS중음성증상、TESS、SQLs、SDSS평분균현저하강。결론제랍서동능현저개선만성정신분렬증환자적생활질량。
Objective To explore the treatment effects of ziprasidone on the quality of life in chronic schizophrenia patients. Methods 30 cases of chronic schizophrenic outpatient in maintenance treatment period were recruited in present study. Ziprasidone were used to substitute the traditional antipsychotics for six months, and the positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS),the treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS), the schizophrenia quality of life scale (SQLS)and the social disability screening schedule(SDSS)were used to evaluate efifcacy, side effects and quality of life.Results After the treatment for six months, all the scores of PANSS-negative symptom scale, TESS, SQLS and SDSS were signiifcant decreased.Conclusion Ziprasidone can improve the quality of life of chronic schizophrenic patients.
