目的：比较不同方法治疗盆腔炎所致不孕症的临床疗效。方法回顾性总结我院收治的盆腔炎继发性不孕症患者64例资料。结果观察组治疗后痊愈14例，显效16例，失败2例，总有效率为93.75%，明显优于对照组疗效结果（81.25%）（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后半年时间内受孕率37.5%（12/32），治疗后1年时间内受孕率71.9%（23/32），均明显高于对照组受孕率。结论西药抗炎治疗基础上加用中药外敷疗法对盆腔炎所致不孕症方面具有满意的临床疗效。
목적：비교불동방법치료분강염소치불잉증적림상료효。방법회고성총결아원수치적분강염계발성불잉증환자64례자료。결과관찰조치료후전유14례，현효16례，실패2례，총유효솔위93.75%，명현우우대조조료효결과（81.25%）（P＜0.05）；관찰조치료후반년시간내수잉솔37.5%（12/32），치료후1년시간내수잉솔71.9%（23/32），균명현고우대조조수잉솔。결론서약항염치료기출상가용중약외부요법대분강염소치불잉증방면구유만의적림상료효。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of different methods in the treatment of infertility caused by pelvic inflammatory disease. Method Retrospectively reviewing pelvic inlfammatory disease, secondary infertility and summarize the data of 64 cases in our hospital.Results The observation group after treatment 14, effective in 16, failure in 2, the total effective rate was 93.75%, signiifcantly better than the control group curative effect(81.25%)(P<0.05); the patients in the observation group to conceive within six months was 37.5%(12/32), pregnancy after treatment one year was 71.9%(23/32). Conclusion Anti-inlfammatory medicine therapy combined with external application of Chinese medicine has satisfactory effect.
