目的：调查由相似药品引起的调剂错误情况，为药师提供参考，提高药房调剂的准确性和安全性。方法对2013年本院药房药品的调剂情况进行汇总分析。结果找出导致药品调剂差错的多种原因：外包装相似，通用名称相似，通用名称相同但剂型、规格不同等。结论针对上述原因提出相应的整改措施，对易混淆的相似药品进行归纳、整理，以达到预防错误的目的，并在此过程中完善相应标准操作规程，提高药房工作质量，确保患者安全用药。
목적：조사유상사약품인기적조제착오정황，위약사제공삼고，제고약방조제적준학성화안전성。방법대2013년본원약방약품적조제정황진행회총분석。결과조출도치약품조제차착적다충원인：외포장상사，통용명칭상사，통용명칭상동단제형、규격불동등。결론침대상술원인제출상응적정개조시，대역혼효적상사약품진행귀납、정리，이체도예방착오적목적，병재차과정중완선상응표준조작규정，제고약방공작질량，학보환자안전용약。
Objective To investigate the dispensing mistakes caused by similar drugs to provide reference for pharma-cists,to improve the accuracy and safety of pharmacy dispensing,ensure the medication safety of patients. Methods The dispensing situation of drugs of drugstore in our hospital in 2013 was summarized and analysed. Results The various reasons leading to errors of drug dispensing were found out:similar package,similar generic name,the same generic name with different dosage form and specification and so on. Conclusion For the above-mentioned reasons,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward the,the confusing and similar drugs are summarized and organized in order to achieve the purpose of preventing the wrong,while the corresponding standard operating procedures are improved in the process to improve work quality of pharmacy,to ensure the medication safety of patients.
