目的：评价系统护理干预在慢性胃炎及胃溃疡患者中的应用价值。方法选取2012年1月~2013年10月本院收治的慢性胃炎及胃溃疡患者211例，随机分为两组，两组均给予常规药物治疗，其中观察组106例，采用系统护理干预，对照组105例，仅采用常规护理，半年后随访两组的临床疗效和焦虑程度。结果观察组临床疗效与焦虑改善程度明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统护理干预在慢性胃炎及胃溃疡患者中的应用价值高，能明显降低患者的焦虑程度，值得临床推广应用。
목적：평개계통호리간예재만성위염급위궤양환자중적응용개치。방법선취2012년1월~2013년10월본원수치적만성위염급위궤양환자211례，수궤분위량조，량조균급여상규약물치료，기중관찰조106례，채용계통호리간예，대조조105례，부채용상규호리，반년후수방량조적림상료효화초필정도。결과관찰조림상료효여초필개선정도명현우우대조조，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론계통호리간예재만성위염급위궤양환자중적응용개치고，능명현강저환자적초필정도，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To evaluate application value of system nursing intervention in patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer. Methods 211 cases of patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The conventional therapy was used in two groups, systematic nursing intervention was used in observation group (106 cases)and routine care was applied in control group (105 cases).Clinical curative effects and the degree of anxiety in two groups was followed up after half year. Results The clinical efficacy and the improvement of anxiety degree in observation group was better than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The system nursing intervention applied in patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer has high value.It can significantly reduce the degree of anxiety in patients,is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
