目的：探讨脓毒症患者血N端前体脑钠肽(NT-pro-BNP)及APACHEⅡ评分的相关性。方法选取本院连续收治的80例脓毒症患者作为研究对象，在24 h内进行APACHEⅡ评分，并测定血浆NT-pro-BNP水平，比较不同APACHEⅡ评分分值组血NT-pro-BNP水平。结果 C组血NT-pro-BNP水平明显高于B组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；D组血NT-pro-BNP水平明显高于C组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；血NT-pro-BNP水平与APACHEⅡ评分显著相关(r=0.682，P<0.01)；死亡组血NT-pro-BNP水平及APACHEⅡ评分明显高于存活组(P<0.05)。结论随着APACHEⅡ评分增高，血NT-pro-BNP水平也相应增高；血NT-pro-BNP水平与APACHEⅡ评分呈正相关，是脓毒症患者预后临床评价的较好指标。
목적：탐토농독증환자혈N단전체뇌납태(NT-pro-BNP)급APACHEⅡ평분적상관성。방법선취본원련속수치적80례농독증환자작위연구대상，재24 h내진행APACHEⅡ평분，병측정혈장NT-pro-BNP수평，비교불동APACHEⅡ평분분치조혈NT-pro-BNP수평。결과 C조혈NT-pro-BNP수평명현고우B조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；D조혈NT-pro-BNP수평명현고우C조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)；혈NT-pro-BNP수평여APACHEⅡ평분현저상관(r=0.682，P<0.01)；사망조혈NT-pro-BNP수평급APACHEⅡ평분명현고우존활조(P<0.05)。결론수착APACHEⅡ평분증고，혈NT-pro-BNP수평야상응증고；혈NT-pro-BNP수평여APACHEⅡ평분정정상관，시농독증환자예후림상평개적교호지표。
Objective To discuss the correlation between N-terminal precursor of brain natriuretic peptide (NT-pro-BNP)and APACHEII score in septic patients. Methods Eighty septic patients were selected in our hospital as research objects.The APACHEII score was performed in all selected patients with in 24 hours and the level of NT-pro-BNP from plasma was tested.The concentration of NT-pro-BNP in different APACHEII score groups was compared. Results Level of NT-pro-BNP in group C was obviously higher than that in group B,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The level of NT-pro-BNP in group D was greatly higher than that in group C,with statistical difference (P<0.01).There was a sig-nificant correlation between level of blood NT-pro-BNP and APACHEII score (r=0.682,P<0.01).The level of NT-pro-BNP and APACHEII score in death group was remarkable higher than that in the survival group respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion With the increase of APACHEII score,the concentration of blood NT-pro-BNP gets enriched correspond-ingly.There is a positive correlation between concentration of blood NT-pro-BNP and APACHEII score,which is a preferable index in clinical evaluation of septic patient’s prognosis.
