目的:分析温经汤联合穴位敷贴及超短波治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法选取糖尿病周围神经病变患者72例,将其随机分为对照组34例和观察组38例,对照组采用甲钴胺治疗,观察组采用温经汤联合穴位敷贴及超短波治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率(89.5%)显著高于对照组(64.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间两组均无明显不良反应发生。两组治疗后腓总神经、正中神经运动及感觉神经传导速度均显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温经汤联合穴位敷贴及超短波治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,效果显著,值得临床推广。

목적:분석온경탕연합혈위부첩급초단파치료당뇨병주위신경병변적림상효과。방법선취당뇨병주위신경병변환자72례,장기수궤분위대조조34례화관찰조38례,대조조채용갑고알치료,관찰조채용온경탕연합혈위부첩급초단파치료,비교량조적치료효과。결과관찰조치료총유효솔(89.5%)현저고우대조조(64.7%),차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);치료기간량조균무명현불량반응발생。량조치료후비총신경、정중신경운동급감각신경전도속도균현저개선(P<0.05),차관찰조개선정황현저우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론온경탕연합혈위부첩급초단파치료당뇨병주위신경병변,효과현저,치득림상추엄。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Wenjing Tang,point application and ultrashort wave in the treat-ment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods Seventy-two patients with DPN were selected and randomly divided into control group (n=34) and observation group (38 cases).Mecobalamine was given to control group,while Wenjing Tang,point application and ultrashort wave were given to the observation group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 89.5%,higher than 64.7% in the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in both groups during treat-ment.The motions of nervus peroneus communis,nervus medianus and sensory nerve conduction velocity after treatment were all greatly improved in the two groups (P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Wenjing Tang,point application,and ultrashort wave for the treatment of DPN can obtain a remarkable effect,which is worthy of expansion.
