目的:探讨人类表皮生长因子受体2(HER2)蛋白在膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测HER2蛋白在62例膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌和23例正常膀胱黏膜组织标本中的表达情况,分析其与膀胱癌的发生发展、病理分级及临床分期的关系。结果 HER2蛋白在膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌组织中的阳性表达率为43.5%,显著高于正常膀胱黏膜组织的0,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HER2蛋白表达水平与膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌的病理分级、临床分期及复发相关(P<0.05)。结论 HER2蛋白的过表达与人膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌的发生、发展相关。检测HER2的表达情况可能对预测膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌的预后及选择治疗方法具有重要价值。

Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER2) proteinin bladder urothelial cell carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical SP was used to detect the expres-sion of HER2 in bladder urothelial cell carcinoma of 62 cases and normal bladder mucosa of 23 cases.The relationship between HER2 and the development,pathologic grade and clinical stage of bladder urothelial cell carcinoma was ana-lyzed. Results The positive expression rate of HER2 in bladder urothelial cell carcinoma was 43.5%,was higher than that in normal bladder mucosa (P<0.05).The positive expression of HER2 was associated with the pathological grade, clinical stage and recurrenceof bladder urothelial cell carcinoma (P<0.05). Conclusion The over-expression of HER2 is related to the development of human bladder urothelial cell carcinoma.Detection of HER2 expression may have great value in predicting the prognosis and selecting treatment for bladder urothelial cell carcinoma.
